Refund policy
No Returns or Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges of any goods or services once booked or provided.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available if the service is canceled prior to 72 hours (3 days) before the scheduled event. To request a refund under these conditions, please contact us promptly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 72 hours before the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a $100.00 last-minute cancellation/service fee. This fee will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Please note:
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made in writing and confirmed by our team. Requests will be responded to within 72 hours of being received. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.
